How to contact us - askmyGP is here!
We have been listening to our patients and the main feedback we receive is the difficulty patients have in getting through to us by telephone, especially at peak times such as first thing in the morning.
We are delighted to launch a new service on Monday 25th March 2019 called ‘askmyGP’.
Instead of calling the surgery, you are now able to seek help from a GP using a smartphone, tablet or computer – anytime, anywhere. You simply register for the service by clicking on the ‘askmyGP’ link:

‘AskmyGP’ enables our patients to seek help from a GP using a smartphone, tablet or computer – anytime, anywhere. You simply register for the service by clicking on the ‘AskmyGP’ link on the home page of our website.
Once registered, you can send a secure message to the GP of your choice, explaining what you are worried about, what your symptoms are and we’ll respond in working hours. If you need to see a GP you will be offered an appointment. Otherwise you’ll get a call or email back from a GP with advice, or maybe asked to pick up a prescription - no more waiting for hours on the telephone. If you do not have online access you are still able to call us in the usual way or pop into the surgery.
For more information please pick up a leaflet at reception or ask one of our team.
We would like to thank our patients for their understanding and co-operation while we launch this new system. The more people who can access our services online will allow those with no internet access to get through more easily on the phone lines.
